"Excellent and timely service"

Excellent and timely service, my boiler died on me and I called Repair network and spoke to one of there engineers Francois, who did a fantastic job he gathered all the details needed and send out one of there very professional engineers within 2 hours.

Couple days ago I rang to get my washing Machine repaired. The engineer came the next day, he was very professional and highly skilled. The work was done quickly and had a reasonable price. The service was great and I would highly recommend.

Despite all the bad reviews given previously, I tried this company as they offered competitive prices. Amazing service and would definitely recommend.

1 star because you can't give no stars. These people will lie to you and rip you off. DO NOT book a repair through them. They have inflated the price of a part so that they don't have to honour their fixed price repair offer. I paid £149 and then they tried to extort another £80 out of me. When I said I didn't want to deal with them any more they only gave me a partial refund despite having got my money under false pretences using underhand tactics.

"Leisure 90 Classic - non repair"

At the begining of June 2019 the oven on our Leisure Classic 90 range refused to light.I contacted Repair Network. An engineer turned up on the 4th, he arrived with no tools. On entering the kitchen he stood 3 feet back from the range and stated that we needed a new cooker. On eventually opening the oven door and having a brief glance inside he re-confirmed his first view. He then left. On the 7th June Repair Network sent me an email which said "we will receive the engineer's report today and get this sent over to you immediately on arrival." On the 11th I contacted RN to say I wasn't happy with the service.They responded with "we have contacted the engineers who will send your report today on why the appliance is Beyond Economical Repair.
On the 1st July I sent an email to RNetwork to say I had found an engineer who had repaired the oven in my cooker without any new parts and whilst here had also done 2 other jobs on the cooker for me to more than my satisfaction.
Repair Network came back to me also enclosing the engineer's report which they had promised 3 weeks earlier. The engineer's report was completely inaccurate. I have given RepairNetwork one star as they at least had the courtesy to email back - as for picking engineers to repair cookers........no stars.
