This company is the best I called the company and spoke to wonderful man call Adam who answered all my questions and he also booked an engineer to my property within 24rs I was so impressed than my engineer who was absolutely beautiful person also an expert in my American style fridge freezer also came to my house with spare parts I also go a discount so I 😀 would i use this company again definitely I now trust them.if Adam sold me a dream I would buy it because I trust him n company the service .its really hard during covid 19 to get a good service the company before I call this one actually hang up the phone .most of all I m grateful.

Very good service. Very nice engineer did his job properly. The only one issue which made me upset was charging the extra money. The job was supposed to under £300 and it was, but they rang me and demanded for an extra £81. If I cancels the job than they said that we will keep £90 and if I do the job than they said you have to pay extra £81. Which made me bit unstable.

Only issue was I was not informed when engineer was coming and only received a telephone call 15 mins prior to him arriving at my home. Luckily I am working from home.

I would highly recommend the service, they do all the running and chasing around with the engineers and got my fridge looked at and fixed within two days. I went for the £179.00 and it worked out cheaper for me in the long run.
