I was impressed with the positive, up-beat and helpful manner of the visiting engineer. My only reservation is that it seems that there may still be a leak from the machine he repaired. I will run it again to check but if that is the case we may have to get him back again.

The engineer was unable to fix the problem on his first visit and left to order a part. We waited some time and eventually rang to find out what was happening. We were told that ‘someone had been trying to reach us’ but no message had been left?!

When he came, the oven was quickly fixed and has been working well ever since.
