"Speedy service"
I can't fault the speed of which Repair Network arranged our washing machine repair. The repairman was with us within 18 hrs of me calling them. The problem was fixed on the day, within an hour. Customer service on the phone has been good everytime.
My only little complaint is me having to chase them a few times for a repair invoice to be sent so I could claim the money back from my insurance.

The problem was fixed so there is no complaint about that. But the workmen that came round left rubbish behind (dirty glove on my kitchen worktop), dirty water marks on my hallway floor from the Henry hoover lid that was wet and filthy which they didn’t clear up. One of the workmen used my toilet and did a really smelly poo and didn’t even leave the toilet the way he found it (put seat back down) and didn’t open the window so you could smell it from halfway up the stairs. Overall I wouldn’t use this company again if they were going to send out workmen who have no common courtesy to clean up after themselves and don’t leave the house how they found it.

"4 stars - just. Good service but pricey."
Just makes 4 stars for quality of service and prompt response but expensive. Used repair network to arrange an appliance repair for a colleague self isolating. I needed a trustworthy organisation and so a large organisation with nationwide reach was a safe choice. Under normal circumstances I would have made other arrangements because they are quite expensive.

"Refund satisfactorily effected"
After asking for a call-out on 10th March 2020, prior to an engineer coming out to my double oven the appliance started to work again. When the engineer rang me to arrange an appointment I informed him that I didn't now need an engineer visit. He said fine, and would arrange Repair Network to refund the £89.00 fee it had already taken from my credit card. Several days later Repair Network hadn't made the refund. However, having been contacted by the company it appears that the engineer in question had gone off work to self-isolate and hadn't had time to finish all his jobs /tasks beforehand. I'm pleased to report that once this issue became to the knowledge of Repair Network they effected the refund to my bank account the same day.

Thank you repair network for coming out and fixing my washing machine on the same day. I had no clue on what to do when my wife called me at work. I called and spoke to really nice gentlemen called jeevan. He went out his way to make my mrs aware of the arrive of the engineer and complete the repair on same day. The package £169 I purchased completed the whole repair cost and we got protection after the repair for £49 for the whole year. Thank you once again.

My tumble dryer broke and I wanted it repaired rather than replaced (I didn’t want to add to landfill!) Repair Network visited the same day, identifies the major problem and went out of their way to source a reconditioned part and even offered me a temporary machine until the part arrived. It’s now all fixed and they have given me a 2 year warranty on the repair. Really impressed!

5***** all around, my washing machine was making a ver loud banging noise and Jeevan at repair network helped me out by arranging a engineer visit and they got it fixed in a jiffy very satisfied customer.
Will definitely use again if the need arises
