Was promosed an engineer in 24-72 hours and paid £179 up front for oven repair. 3 days later still no engineer. Was told he couldn't come for another week. I was offered a full refund which would be in my account in 3-5 working days. That was 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the refund. My advice in one word - AVOID.
UPDATE - refund arrived on Tuesday and a representative of the company phoned to profusely apologise for the delay. 😊

Appliance is in good working order now. However, need customer training regarding manners and etiquette. Telling family members to leave room in impolite manner is bad customer skills.

An excellent service. My Bosch cooker broke down after 18 years and I rang Repair Network to arrange for an engineer to call. There were no excuses about delays due to Covid - I was called back instantly and spoke to Adam who arranged for an engineer to come within 24/48 hours. The engineer was prompt very courteous and cheerful and I had an instant diagnosis. I had a follow up call and a chance to discuss what action I wanted to take. I would use again without hesitation.
