"Terrible Service - don’t bother"

It took 16 days from call out to eventual repair after being quoted 48-72 hours. Subcontractors used we’re fine and fixed the appliance. I called Repair Network around 12 times (hung up on 10 of them by automated system) and got fobbed off twice. Sent 3 emails and 2 online forms, none of which with any response. Terrible service and would not recommend when there are so many others doing the same (probably Much better in fact) for a lesser price and demonstrate caring service, unlike this firm. Stay clear unless you like getting messed around.
