"Needed an appliance engineer"

Needed an appliance engineer, who was booked swiftly. A bit of a mixup over when he was coming out. He visited within a short time of me booking him. Had to chase the email report that the engineer had to produce. Overall swift service but there may be a delay with the engineer producing a written record. Very good call centre service.

Cannot recommend this company. Had to pay for the repair before I even had an appointment. Waited hours for anyone to get back to me. It took an email and phone calls to get an appointment. When a 'technician' from a subcontract called White Eagle Repair through Repair Network did appear, I was told there was nothing wrong with it. That it was down to "moisture in the air"[I live in Scotland]. Still have two streams of water appearing from under my Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer. Save your money or try someone else. I did receive a follow up from Repair Network, I explained the issue was not repaired. Have heard nothing since. Seriously, save your money and try elsewhere.

Very efficient service all round,would recommend Repair Network, they found an engineer in my area quickly,who repaired my fridge freezer,having found it very difficult to find anyone else who could do it ! Very happy

I think it took Repair Network a bit of hunting to find a tumble dryer engineer, but I had a message the day after contacting them and a really terrific guy came round and sorted out the problem for me. Excellent service and saves a lot of phoning round!

Save yourself time and money and find a local engineer directly. Over promised and under delivered at every stage of the process. 4 weeks on and my dishwasher still isn’t fixed, but I’ll have to chase them to find out what’s happening, AGAIN!
