The operative turned up on time and was very polite. I paid a significant sum for the service and a complete check up of the machine. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the washing machine however, when going through the cycle the machine is noisy.

Very efficient. Your technician attended and diagnosed the problem. We received a quote for the repair the next day and the repair was successfully completed two days later. What could be better?

"REF Adam Promised service not delivered"

I spoke to an advisor, Adam who promised me an engineer to look at an appliance-Hisense American style fridge freezer- within 72 hours. He also promised to call me back in ten minutes which he never did. I called the office the next day, spoke to Adam to be told that he was still trying to get someone to attend. He said he would let me know later that day. Later that day still awaiting the promised appointment details, I called the office and spoke to a lady who said she worked with Adam, and agreed with me that the promised time for engineer visit was not going to be met. With this in mind I asked for a full refund of £179.00 to enable me to go to another supplier which she agreed I could have and was advised this would be in my bank account in 3-5 working days. 9 WORKING days on and there is no sign of this refund, nor I might add an engineer. The website asks if I would like a free call back in 27 seconds, lo and behold I am still waiting for this. Try to send an email to contact on the company website and a message pops up that there has been an error and the message cannot be sent so try later.
If this refund is not received I will be in contact with the trading standards.

I was served by support representative Barbara, who was new to the role. Nothing but praise for Barbara's accommodating approach, taking into account our circumstances.
RN didn't have enough engineers available to repair the appliance in an acceptable timescale, hence only four stars. An otherwise good experience.

"Absolutely useless"
Absolutely useless. Paid £179 on 15th December for washing machine call out and repair. So far I have chased 3 times and still the engineer hasn't called to book an appointment. I was even asked did I want to call the engineer myself! Erm No! Paid you to do a job and so far no contact for my money. Avoid this company as they obviously cannot do the job you pay them for!

"Assistance with Laconche…"
I needed assistance with my Laconche hob for which I had some idea of the cost of parts etc. I was surprised to be offered a visit and repair at a fixed price with no attempt to establish the cost of parts needed or the complexity of the job. Adam was helpful and reassuring though. I did pay the £179 but the following day realised that the solution was reasonably straight forward and so cancelled the visit and to his credit Adam provided a full refund. So I'm satisfied.
