"Thank you repair network"

Adam on the line I think, was very help and very thorough the option for repair. They promised me a repair on a sunday. I didnt think it was possible but the engineer came and completed the repair with the part. Thank you repair network.

"Overall great service!!"

I called because my fridge/freezer broke down on Friday and spoke to a nice gentleman called Neel, who explained all details and cost regarding a repair. Neel also set me up with an warranty on the appliance and has been very helpful. Thank you Neel.

"Overpriced and disorganised"

Repair Nework were one of a few organisations I identified who could repair a stand mixer (value £250). They rang me back very quickly after I put in a request, and I went with them before checking out the competition. They asked for an eye-watering £100 initial fee. I declined to pay the even more ridiculous £160 given that I had the correct spare part and this was a simple fix. Once they had this they turned up and took the mixer away, rather to my surprise, given that their website suggests they mend many appliances on site. This is when the waiting began. I tried contacting them several times over the next few days to find out what had happened to the device, and began to wonder if I had fallen victim to a particularly elaborate scam. Eventually, they announced that the parts would cost £65 in addition to some additional labour. Long story short, £120 in addition to the £100 I had already paid. They are useless at answering the phone (it seems they want the same handler to deal with each client each time), except when waiting for payment from you, when they will ring you ten times a day. Hi guys, some of us have jobs during the day!

Perhaps their expertise and value is more around fixing boilers, where paying £220 would often feel like a lucky escape. But I cannot recommend them for fixing small appliances like this.

"Reliable and skilled"

I have used this service twice now. It was straightforward, fast and engineers for both my cooker hood and dishwasher were first class. They clearly partner with good engineers who are also very respectful and tidy. The account manager Neil went out of his way to help too.

"Just cannot fault the service"

Just cannot fault the service. Booking repair was easy and Swift. Spoke to a kind gentlemen named Adam who made the booking very easy and pleasant. The engineer that came out was excellent and experienced. Observed all the current Covid safety requirements and left us with a working dishwasher within 24 hours!

"An astounding service for my fridge…"

An astounding service for my fridge freezer repair. My only issue was that I felt the repair option I picked was a bit too pricey, but a great service nonetheless, from my first call to the engineer attending. Would definitely use again.

"Excellent Service! Thank you repair network"

I had a very helpful call about washing machine repair issues. Adam was polite, understanding, professional and knowledgeable whilst being friendly and considerate. The engineer attended today evening which was very suitable for busy schedule and completed the repair smoothly. Repair with 12 month guarantee which gives me assurance that I am in the right hands. I see few negative reviews that got me worried but Adam was helpful throughout the whole service and was very helpful to book a repair in my busy lifestyle.

"Absolutely useless company"

Absolutely useless company. The only plus is the staff who are pleasant but constrained by their useless company systems. Contacted the company for a repair to our fridge/freezer Engineer arrived and in his world knew what the problem was. Told us to turn the appliance off for 24hours and it would magically fix itself!! Needless to say it didn't. Tried to arrange another engineer but after almost two weeks we were told that our appliance was too specialised and they couldn't help us any further. They suggested a refund of £159 out of the original £179 fee. Thought I would cut my losses with this company and I agreed. After almost 2 weeks I was finally refunded after several calls trying to find out why it was taking so long. Bottom line dont use this company.. useless waste time.

So we are now in May 2021 and I have received an update from Trust pilot saying that there is a response from 'the company'. Apparently they have tried to contact me numerous times. Really!! When?? It just gets better and better. At least put an honest reply online. Hold your hand up and say you made a mess of things...everyone makes mistakes, that's how we improve.

"It was quite distressing to find one…"

It was quite distressing to find one evening that my oven wasn't working. Quite by chance I searched the Internet and came across the Repair Network. I am so glad that I did. I received every possible help and support but nothing could be done owing to the age of the oven.

In spite of this I received compensation in return for the Option that I chose, for which I am extremely grateful.

I would like to thank Adam and Neil for their reassurance and help and also to John Waff the engineer who inspected the appliance.

I would have no hesitation whatever in recommending The Repair Network to any person who found themselves in a similar difficulty.
