Faulty gas tumble dryer. The engineer called next diagnosed the fault and parts ordered and repaired within days. Impressive how quickly the engineer attended although parts took couple of days to come through but the fault was then fixed very promptly.

When Thomas arrived he was lovely. Explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. For an elderly couple this was just what was needed. Gas cooker fixed quickly and cleanly. Will definitely use agsin.

I enquired repair network to come for repair to my zanussi freezer, engineer came on time ,said knew what the fault was ,don't open freezer door , that was on a Thursday , after lots of phone call still no. Joy on Friday ,spoke to supervisor , who was most polite had only had message from engeer Friday afternoon , but still hasn't got the part.seems he hasn't sent the info. In .supervisor was most kind and offered a partial refund ,which l accepted . l would refer the company to my friends , as they did there best to try and sort problem out . yours Sheila

Very efficient service all round,would recommend Repair Network, they found an engineer in my area quickly,who repaired my wine cooler,having found it very difficult to find anyone else who could do it ! Very happy
