I was seriously impressed from the point of telephone discussion outlining my issue I.e my oven was not heating up, to the cost to repair including parts and labour and 12 month guarantee, and timeliness and efficiency of the engineer who communicated and attended exactly as informed to me on the call. I would definitely recommend and use this service again

I have had a manager review my situation and resolve the matter now. They had mistakenly charged me for TWO pumps to be replaced. I struggle to understand why it took so many calls and so many of their call centre associates to review my file for this to be missed. Still awaiting the engineer to come out and fit the one pump which is needed. Overall experience is still that i would not use them again.
By the way, they have challenged this review as being not a valid review !! Jeevan Raj******am@repair network.... shame on your team. Any simple cross check would find that i am on your system as a customer and a complainant.
DAY 45. Attempted manager call back (i was on the phone already so couldnt answer). This was followed up with a text message which is automated and cant be replied to. I emailed them again to suggest a 3 hour window when they could call me and 4 days later still no call.
DAY 42. Was promised a manager call back within an hour - its now been 2 days......
Dishwasher failed a couple of weeks before xmas and here we are 6 weeks later and still unresolved despite almost daily interaction with this company. The reason being is that they want to charge £240 for a pump motor and £180 labour for the job. I have a two draw system and the engineer kindly moved the pump motor from the bottom draw to the top draw on his first visit. It took him 15 mins. So my maths says thats around £700 per hour labour charge which they now want to charge and which i am disputing.
They will give you two options when you phone up. I went for the package of £179 which would cover all issues up to an RRP of £300. More fool me. Of course with your own price lists for parts (which they wont share) and labour rates (again they refuse to share their charge out rates) they are free to charge whatever they like and so no suprise the total bill is £420 for a 15 min job probably with a £100 part most likely.
I have been promised manager call back after manager call back but no avail.
Make your own mind up, but based on my interactions with this company i would avoid at all costs.
I will keep this post updated with every interaction now so you can all see how it is resolved.

Repair was carried out quickly however oven heating element was 2700w and was replaced by a 2500w element.

"Absolute rubbish"
Absolute rubbish. An engineer took over a week to get to us and then could not repair the appliance. He gave us no paperwork and would not answer messages as to what was happening. Repair Network staff were always polite but nothing ever happened. I called them five times, no one ever came back to me even though they always promised to do so. Eventually, three week after my initial enquiry I was told my two year old appliance was irreparable but that they would only repay £90 of the £179 I paid them. I would never use this company again!
