Have had to chase from start to not yet finish, still waiting for a simple repair to my dishwasher. Feel misled as the advertising suggested the engineer would come from my local town which is not the case and has led to further delays. Terrible communication with customers, would not recommend.

"Hopeless and feels like a scam"

Paid up front and then for the faulty part on a fridge freezer. Kept getting the run around about when the part would arrive but manager confirmed an eventual date and said he’d personally handle this. On the eventual date (6 weeks since I contacted the company) was told the part was difficult to source and they’d keep us informed! 6 weeks without a fridge freezer is unacceptable as is the rubbish service. Will get money back. Beware.

The whole experience from booking to repair was excellent. My daughter is over the moon to be able to use her fan oven again. Thank you. I will certainly recommend you to friends and family.

The repairer fixed the problem despite difficult access to the freezer drain. He was efficient and well dressed with a pleasant courteous manner. I have no complaints and would use the same company again

"2 year old fridge freezer fixed"

My 2 year old fridge freezer broke down, and The Repair Network had an engineer to me within 3 hours. A spare part was ordered, which unfortunately took 4 working days to arrive. However the engineer immediately contacted me, and the part was fitted within the hour. Office staff were polite and helpful and the engineer friendly, competent and cleared away completely one the job was done. I would recommend.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS - FRAUD"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. booked a repair with the company, they asked for full upfront payment £189. Stupidly I agreed.. realised 5 minutes later I made a mistake and that I could do the repair myself, so I called back to cancel. They charged me a £25 administrative fee cancellation charge - even though I had only called them 5 minutes earlier. The sales person claimed that in that 5 minute period of time they had contacted an engineer local to me, described the problem and booked them, which is completely absurd. it's now been over a week and still waiting for refund. these people are scam artists of the highest order.

The young ladie that phoned me was so good and helpful. I am very concerned that I have paid in advance with today's technology it would be easy to pay when the engineer is at our home.although I have only arranged this today I would have thought an engineer would have phoned to arrange an appointment.still worried I have paid in advance.awaiting for return call regards kev Turrell
