"Great customer service"

I ordered a bag online which arrived extremely promptly with lovely packaging I was however slightly unsure re the colour and so got in touch with customer services to see if there were any other bags the same that may vary in colour with the view to a possible exchange. I was given full and helpful information and so then sent pictures of the bag to the stores for comparisons. I was then going to ring the stores once they had had time to look into this for me. Before I had rung I received an email from customer services summarising the findings from both stores and comparison photos attached and also offering me options. I was very impressed at how efficient the information finding had been and with excellent communication between the shops and customer services. This meant my query was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. A big thank you to Anna at customer services and also to the staff in the shops at Jesmond and Kendal. I am keeping the bag and will definitely shop there again either online or by visiting the shops as from previous experience there is a wide range of high quality options within the stores.

I’m leaving this review to not only warn others, but also in hope that I may finally get a response as I have noticed that Jules B are far more responsive to their public reviews than customer emails and phone calls.

Two weeks after my order was dispatched, Evri admitted that my package has been misplaced. Naturally I reached out to Jules B for advice and over the last week I have sent three emails and left one voicemail to which I have had no response.

I have had to raise a dispute with my bank as it has become abundantly clear that Jules B will not be any actual help. Though I have no doubt that they will respond to this review in a timely manner as looking over their 1 star reviews this seems to be a pattern of behaviour.

Obviously should Jules B respond and actually resolve this issue, I will gladly update my review.

Update: Unsurprisingly, Jules B finally responded as soon as I posted a review. They were not particularly pleasant and more interested in splitting hairs arguing that they weren’t ignoring me - not sure what else you would call a lack of response.

They are unwilling to accept that Evri have lost the package despite me sharing email correspondance of them stating it. The only options they offered were to wait for the lost parcel to be found and resent or issue a refund. Naturally I requested a refund as I am not stupid enough to wait for a lost parcel to be found and then resent.

I could have purchased this item elsewhere but I always prefer to support small businesses. However, I will not be purchasing with Jules B again and will go and purchase this item from John Lewis.

Delivery options were good.
I did have an issue with one order, but that was out of JulesB control and was to do with a delay within the delivery company. However JulesB Customer service was fantastic
