Item was delivered extremely quickly. Received item day after order. Was packaged well. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the product itself. Ugg mittens size S/M. Bizarrely the gloves are completely different in size. Unable to return or exchange as labels removed prior to noticing this.

Poor experience. Paid for next day delivery arrived 4 days after. Customer services is slow to respond to queries but did refund my delivery charge. I’m now being charged £4.50 to return as my item arrived too late
