"Exchange not received and ignoring emails"

Recently received an order with fast initial delivery however returned one of the items within the order for an exchange which was received on the 22nd of January, almost 2 weeks ago and I have had not received the exchange item and they have ignored several emails requesting an update. Tried calling several times also with no answer.

Hi I wrote an email on Friday 10th January as I did not receive my parcel which EVRI left at the side of my porch as I wasn't home at the time, however the delivery was on hour earlier than advised, I have contacted EVRI who are investigating but I am unsure of the process as I have made payment for the un received item, please advise if I need to assist any further, thanks D Taylor.
