"Solved my issue online Quickly!"

I had purchased the Product Keys for Microsoft office last April and activated it on my new laptop. Used the Office suite for a while but then didn't use the laptop for a time. When I got back to it, Excel and Word would not work as it was "inactivated" for some reason. Chatted online with support and they were able to resolve in 5 minutes. Great service!

Got a copy of Office 21 Home/Student for my daughter, was an easy process on site, and when I hit an activation error. The online support chat fixed the issue quickly and got it sorted. "Easy purchase and install of Office 2021"

Just purchased a single user license of Office 2021(digital). Good price and the purchase process was easy. I literally got my software link and licenses within a minute of the approved purchase.

Installation had a glitch where it didn't recognize the product key so a big kudo to Queenie on the 24/7 chat line who corrected the registration problem within a minute and I was fully onboard. I'm very pleased and impressed! :)

"IF YOUR STUCK THEY WILL HELP"

Listen if you are someone who is stuck and don't know what to do contact these guys. I had an IT Tech named Jae help me activate my windows, and I gave her full Remote Access to my computer to fix it. At first yes I was hesitant but I seen as she fixed the problem and I got to watch them do the whole thing (which reinsured nothing fishy was going on). It was amazing customer service and really cool to see them work their magic!!! Thank you so much for helping and calling Microsoft to install Windows Jae! 10/5 STARS!?!?!

"If I could give zero stars"

If I could give zero stars, I would. This organization is a scam, although I recognize that some people willingly engage in the scam to save a few dollars. I mistakenly thought they were an honest company who had gathered up Microsoft licenses for an older program (Office Home and Student 2020 as opposed to the recently released 2024 version) and were reselling them. I was also led astray by a positive rating on Trust Pilot. Only afterwards did I read the actual reviews on Trust Pilot and realize the company sells invalid licenses and then produces a workaround to get you to have an illegitimately obtained product.

I also recognize that in answering any negative reviews on Trust Pilot, the company always says the fault is the buyer's for not contacting them. Well, I did repeatedly. Here is what I finally wrote to them at the end when they begrudgingly offered a partial refund of my $30.

"This is outrageous. Instead of having your website indicate you no longer have the product I ordered, you sent me a substitute I did not know about and had no ability to refuse. You then gave me a nonfunctional key code and only when I attempted to use it unsuccessfully did I find out that it was a license for a company or organization that had already used all of the capacity for that key. When I “chatted” with your agent, she suggested a workaround that would leave me not only with a functioning product I didn’t want but also that would always be unlicensed per Microsoft rules."

"After following her subsequent suggestion to contact the support team (which I only did after questioning whether this was a dead end tactic on her part that would only delay any resolution), you now want me to bear the burden of processing fees that should never have been my obligation to start with."

"Send me a full refund now. The $6 you are attempting to save your scam of a company is not going to be worth the trouble I will cause in reviews and reports to the consumer fraud protection bureau. You should be ashamed."

Since sending this reply to their offer of an 80 percent refund -- again for a product I did not order and did not want -- there has been dead silence. I will have to protest this charge with my credit card company, put a full report on Trust Pilot (which I'm doing now), and report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. They are a complete rip-off and all buyers should avoid them.

Update: As I predicted, they wrote a response that tries to put me in the wrong. I posted this Trust Pilot review when I had heard nothing from them regarding my demand for a full refund. Only by posting this review did they decide they needed to give me my money back before I made more trouble. Look, if you don't care if you have a real license and if the difference between paying $150 and $30 is that meaningful in your life (and I do understand it can be for many people), go ahead and do the deal. But just be aware they are not truthful in any regard, although apparently smart enough to give money back when they absolutely have to.

"Excellent assistant, made install a pleasure!"

The assistant came online very quickly, despite my calling at a late hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, listened to my descriptions of the problem and solved it quickly, taking me step-by-step through the solution. I would have had trouble figuring out what i was doing wrong myself. Thanks! Great job!
