We ordered the case from Tech21.
It was the correct case

Received the wrong color case and when I reached out to try and fix the issue the customer service agent was not helpful at all. They did not try and fix the issues and just said I can return the item. When I asked if I could get a picture of the two color cases they said that they couldn’t and sent me a return label.

I'm replacing a four year old Galaxy S20 which was protected by another of your cases. That phone was dropped more times than I can count on its face, back, corners, sides. Many of those falls occurred on asphalt and concrete. Amazingly, the phone never sustained any damage whatsoever and still looks brand new.
I'm a customer for life!
