Purchasing online showed 7-12 days, made this purchased order since 19th of April, it’s the 6th of May now, and as per the tracking still needs another 9-12 days. Why not mention from the start a 30 day of shipping. Disappointing.

I gave a 4 star rating because I like the product. I think Tech 21 has the best cell phone cases on the market. However the customer service needs improvement. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone to answer questions. Commutating by email could take days to get answers.

I have only used Tech21 cases for my iPhones and Mac laptop computers for the past 10 years. I've loved all of them until this one for my new MacBook Air m3. There were very few to choose from, so ended up with a hard shell in purple. Have always had textured or matte shells. I'm really frustrated with the finger prints and how easily it scratches. I'd return it if it was easier to get off. I'll just use it until it's trashed and something else better comes on the market. Very disappointed that no matte or fingerprint proof cases were available in decent colors.
