I am a longterm Tech21 User, and I am very pleased with the product.
I recently purchased an Evo Hardshell case for my new MacBook Air with the M3 chip 2024. The. case is great, and is a great fit. I had purchased an otter box case from Apple that I had to return because it wouldn't stay on.
I was able to figure it out, BUT Tech21 website mentions nothing about cases available for this computer. They list 2020-2022 cases, but nothing about compatibility with this new computer.
I had two very unsuccessful contacts with Tech Support over the matter. In. both cases they did not answer my questions about compatibility of Tech21 cases with this. new computer. In both contacts Tech Support said that I should contact Apple concerning compatibility of Tech21 Cases with my Apple Computer.
Registration procss for my new case with Tech21 also makes no sense. I purchased the case from Tech21 and registered it. It seems I kind of had to jump through hoops to register the Tech21 case that was purchased directly from Tech21.

I have to find the tine to get the label printed so eplace and go to the post office to return it

Purchased the screen, camera lens and case protector, all of which was easy to install and it fit well and looks good

I bought a screen protector for an iphone 12. what arrived was a screen saver for, what was described as 'iphone 2020 5.4"' Instead of a nice clean slot for the earpiece it had a great big notch cut out. Rather than actually fitting the screen it had a milimetre edge all round. It was so thick that i decided not to stick it on. I approached customer service and received an indifferent response from which, I gather, means this is the quality I should expect from tech21. Disappointing!!
