Worst experience I have received.

I waited patiently for my package that was guaranteed to arrive within 5-8 business days. After almost a month I lost my patience and asked for help. They then proceeded to cancel my order with a one line explanation that "PayPal didn't authorise the payment". When in fact, the money was taken from my account.

Instead of resolving the issue for a customer they cancelled my order with a one sentence reply. I would have been happy to resolve the problem and still receive the laptop cover but they provided ZERO resolution process. I am baffled at their poor business acumen, an excited customer became a deflated buyer. To any Aussie's out there, save your money and time. Go to another company that has better customer service. They obviously have very little care or poor staff hired. 0/5 from me.

Been using their iPhone cases since the iPhone 4 and it works as described as many times I have dropped my iPhone on the ground especially at work which is in a warehouse with solid concrete floors and not one iPhone I bought using their cases has ever been damaged or even got a single scratch on it this has been my trusted product for protection iPhone cases since then am currently using the iPhone 15 plus max case on my phone and it fits like glove.

I ordered this phone case specifically because of how colorful it is on the picture. but it wasn’t like that when I got it , it was white I can barely see the colors.

Prompt delivery of product - which is just as described. Perfect fit for my phone and provides a nice grip which surprised me since it's a smooth case. It's pretty sturdy and seems like it will be protective if dropped.(Whether or not it doesn't turn yellow remains to be seen since I've only been using it for a couple of weeks.)
