My experience at Book2Africa feels more like being part of a family than just a regular workplace. They have a strong mission and have succeeded in making the donation experience effortless for the donors. Donors also receive updates about their donations from the collection stage to the delivery to a school or individual in Africa. I would strongly recommend anyone to donate or partner with Book2Africa to help 'readcycle' books and empower others with knowledge.

"Failed collection #95166 (Continued) "

I have organised two different collection dates since my last review and no one arrived to collect my books on either occasion. This is frustrating as I have 12 boxes of books ready to go.

Its been almost 2 months since the first collection date and transaction. Still waiting on these books to go.

"Easy and satisfying way to donate books"

This is a really great way to donate books - it is easy to book a collection and the website is very helpful. They also take old games, sports equipment and bags. They send you an update on where your books end up.

I paid for collection (95339) on May 28th and despite DHL messaging me on that morning with a 1-hour slot, they never turned up. Since then, repeated emails and phone calls to books2africa have failed to produce a single response of any sort. Very frustrating. I have 7 boxes of books ready to go and it is as if these guys just don’t look at or listen to messages at all.
