Excellent efficient service from initial point of contact. On arrival made by cheery person at reception who helped unload boxes from car. Super efficient and helpful.

There were difficulties with the first pick up, but ~Books 2 Africa sorted it all out and the second went smoothly.
It is a relief to know that the books will be useful in educating those in desperate need and spreading the word that education is an invaluable tool for the advancement of Mankind.

have supplied items to this charity for some years, and always find it well organised and operating smoothly. I worked in Nigeria many years ago, and consider it worthwhile to help people who have relatively little with useful books, toys, sports equipment and even technological stuff. An educational enterprise which, I hope, allows folk "over there" to share some of our thoughts and experience.

"Avoid"

Avoid. Booked and paid for collection plus mandatory minimum donation. Courier never showed despite a whole day time window when we needed to be at home. E mail followed promising a new collection date but no date offered. Still waiting.

This is an amazing way to 'give' - I just love the whole process of Books2Africa - I am from a teaching background with over 40 years experience and the sheer pleasure of being able to 'give' in this way is so rewarding - I have recommended this charity to so many people - It is professional to, with good communications ref where your books may have actually gone to and to whom - wonderful.
