"Books and PCs for donation"

I have 2 boxes if books and 3 reconditioned pics in my garage that I want to send to Africa.
I'm struggling to arrange collection.
Please advise how best to get the items to you.

I really love what this charity stands for and have been donating over the last 7-8 years I believe. My family have also used their resources in donating books to be sent to countries across Africa. They have always been friendly and prompt with collection. Would highly recommend.

"Waste of time"

I have wasted a whole day for the courier who did not bother to arrive. I paid £50 through the charity website to have 5 boxes of books picked up. The attitude of the charity is that I should just rebook and waste another day waiting around. Useless system. There are clearly better charities that are easier to donate to (that don't require you to pay to donate and expect you to waste at least two days of your time!)

Problem was Courier not coming on date and turned up 24 hours later with no communication. Also courier tracking completely useless
