I've used this company several times and it's been flawless delivery. Once they picked up my boxes and luggage, and the other times it's been a drop off at FEDEX. Comparing with other shipping companies, I have found Luggage To Ship more reasonable in prices. Just make sure you take a clear picture of the package and label. The label should be legible for them to see tracking number. Definitely would recommend.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STAR!!! WORST COMPANY EVER. My dad died, I moved from Texas to MD. I never received ALL of my clothes obituary and things I can't replace. I filed a claim it took 4 months when the policy is 30 days to resolve. They denied my claim mo real reason. I was left devastated with nothing to wear for months. O would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is poor when you need something but friendly when you are paying.

Worst company ever.
