moving is a complete disaster for me...I found this company... there was a lot of confusion (99% on my part).. ,there wasn't a second when I didn't get help from them..even in the middle of the night🙂after (crazy confusion on my part)..my suitcases in the Fedex car on his way to England🙃

"read this WARNING before using this company"

We set up a luggage pick-up for my daughter who was studying abroad in Prague. At the end of the term she was going to do a little traveling and didn't want to lug all of her big bags.
The communication on pick up was terrible. The driver would not call her in her room so she had to spend 5+ hours waiting in the lobby. When the driver did not come during the time window, we called to find out what happened. We were told that the time window was given for Arizona time, not Prague time - why in the world would that be the case?
So, she sat in the lobby for another 5 hours and the driver still never came to pick up.
When we called customer service AGAIN, they told us we could get a pick up for 3 days later (due to the Christmas holiday) but that was after her departure date so she was forced to travel with all of her big, heavy bags. They didn't even apologize and were quite dismissive saying "it was UPS's fault".

Customer Service - My luggage has yet to be delivered but i am impressed that customer service asks for pictures of your luggage and the tracking information. They also monitor your shipment for you and provide you with detailed information as to how the luggage tag should be attached.
