Luggage To Ship with FedEx Charging 100% in Import Fees & Ignoring Humanitarian Aid Requests!

I had an awful experience with Luggage To Ship through FedEx. I sent a parcel from the USA to the UK containing my old, used clothes and shoes for women refugees—a purely humanitarian shipment. The total value of the parcel was $250, yet FedEx slapped my receiver with a shocking £206.33 fee (basically 100% of the parcel’s value!) In 2 weeks they sent me the invoice for £118.24 mentioning that there will be another invoice later after I pay that one!

I reached the both companies out multiple times, explaining that this was a donation and requesting a waiver, but FedEx completely ignored all my emails. No response, no support—just silence. Luggage To Ship instead of fixing that problem intimidated me every other day that they would destroy the package !!!

This is beyond disappointing and absolutely not humane! I will never use their services again and strongly advise others to be cautious—especially if shipping international!
