"First time user - got great help with online chat"

It was my first time using this. I had hard times trying to figure out which labels going in the pouch to attach outside the box and some inside. Because there was total 12 pages of documents. There was no specific instructions on either website or on the labels.
However, this lady named “Lily” helped me a lot through online chat. She was so kind and fast to proceed my order and would answer all the questions I had throughout packaging and labeling. So helpful.
I am reviewing with 4 stars, not because of the service bad, but because it needs some improvement to guide customers how to package and label them.

This is my first time to ship my luggage to another country. Adam was so nice to give information about it! 12.26.2024.

The next day I ordered pickup service, but delivery didn’t work. And this company staffs kept asking me to wait over five hours at my pickup place. I wasted my time.

After the situation happened, I called to this company. It was a little difficult for me to understand Spanish English of staff, and after I asked repeated to staff, he told me “Are you a foreigner?
