"Great service"

I've been a customer for one year, and have never had any issues. Very easy to create a server, easy to configure up or down based on current needs, transparent pricing, and service has always been excellent when I've had questions. I've been so impressed that I decided to join their affiliate scheme, which has also been a very smooth process so far with prompt payments

"Terrible support experience"

Terrible support experience. Console page is down and can't connect to my servers at all. They keep saying its either my issue or everything is working properly. Avoid their service

"Bad customer experience."

Bad customer experience.
Inconsistent billing. Real cheats. Stay away.
To give you an idea, this month I had to pay 100USD for the 61USD/month server because I was being warned that the service would be cut off every 24 hours.

Stay away, don't be lured by the prices, it's a trap

"Disappointing Experience with Kamatera"

I am extremely disappointed with Kamatera. My experience with them has been plagued by unclear pricing structures and hidden fees that have left me feeling deceived and frustrated.

Kamatera's pricing model is not transparent. When I signed up, I was led to believe that their services were competitively priced. However, I soon discovered numerous "hidden required services" with additional fees that were never clearly communicated upfront. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.

Unjustified Charges: To make matters worse, I was charged for services that I never used (Referring to 0.00 Kb for a storage service). Despite my attempts to clarify and rectify the situation, Kamatera continued to bill me for over three months for services that were inactive and unused. This is not only unfair but also highly unethical.

Poor Customer Support: When I reached out to customer support to address these billing issues and stop my account, the response was slow (It usually takes more than 2 days to get an answer) and unhelpful (Generic, pre-built scripts referring to poor documentation). It took several attempts to get any meaningful assistance, and even then, the resolutions offered were inadequate. There was no effort to understand my concerns or to provide a satisfactory solution. So I literally threw my money by the window the first day trying the service and then got stolen for another 3 months.

"Great support."

I was seeking a VPS that would allow me to set up and run my own VM image as an instance. The option on the Kamatera website did not work as intended, so I continued my search elsewhere. Shortly after, I received an email from the support team offering their assistance. Shahar successfully uploaded the VM image and deployed the server. There have been no hiccups since then. This is a degree of service that merits recognition. Kamatera is currently hosting two of my instances. I can only recommend.

" Scammers becareful! Avoid and don't trust them"

The company scams you with a credit, when you run a server they provide you a coupon code then my usage went from $8 to $42 without any change. In fact i just left it dormant but to my surprise they are vultures! Somehow the machine switched on by itself. Maths doesn't add up. Read what others wrote to confirm this also.

The time it takes them to reply is way too late. I am an unhappy customer and they charged me for a machine that was not powered on. Disgraceful!

They're not transparent and I wished I read all the other reviews before ordering from them.

"They blocked my account for no reason"

They blocked my account when I tried to use my virtual card (which you should always do for your own protection).
They don't inform you beforehand that virtual cards are not accepted.

To unblock my account they require a $10 PAYMENT (that may or may not be returned if they feel so).

"Good service but with some very annoing deficits"

Good service, for a cheap price. But in case you have a problem you do not get reply (unless the problem prevents you from paying them) and to fix minor issues it takes a lifetime. Just to say, there is a problem in their billing system and the VAT of the client is not properly reported on the invoices. I've been waiting for a solution for months, and now they do not even answer the emails. Very bad client support.
