First time buyer here. Purchased herb and perennial plugs. First shipment of herbs were damaged in transit and working with the claims department was really easy. My other two shipments were great. Herb plugs were full and smelled so nice coming out of the box. Their perennial plugs are what I was most impressed with. Roots well established and nice, full foliage top side. Will be buying from them again. Pricing well within my small business budget.
