I was nervous about ordering from this company after reading some of the other reviews however I placed an order at the beginning of December 23 for which I recieved email confirmation of acceptance and disptach and received within a few days via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. I placed another order on 28th Dec which I received the next day. I would have no hesitation in ordering again.

This company takes peoples money but doesn’t ship the item(s) ordered. They are indulging in fraudulent behaviour and should be prosecuted. Google also needs to stop advertising them. Beware

I placed an order 11 days ago now and it has still not shipped, customer service has not responded to any of my emails. I have no idea when I’m going to receive my order if at all, terrible experience so far. This will be my first and last order.

"Terrible customer service..."
I've had the same experience as many with The Great Divide Clothing company... Terrible customer service, poor correspondence. Wrong size boots received, no reply in trying to sort this! Worried about sending them back (at my expense) as other reviews on here "saying they are still waiting on refund after months". I would NOT waste your time and money on this dodgy company.
Update: lucky I paid buy credit card... I had to raise a dispute through my card company before I received any correspondence from the customer service, and even then my card company had to keep chasing a refund. I finally received a refund last week... months after trying to return "the wrong good sent".
I wouldn't deal with this company again... very poor service.

"Can I give zero stars?"
Not sure where to start in explaining just how bad this company is. Purchased a shirt that was listed as 100% cotton, received something that was 90% polyester. Contacted the company immediately to point out the mistake, was told that they would only exchange the item with all postage costs being at my expense. Despite pointing out what they had done was illegal and that all online purchases have the right to a refund within 14 days, it still took multiple emails and over a week for them to accept any liability. I eventually started a payment dispute through klarna and got refunded but still ended up being charged for postage. This company are owned by 52nd State that also operate the websites for Pendleton, Dubbleware, Reyn Spooner and Peck and Sneyder. Beware as their return policies are in contravention of the consumer rights act

Contrary to some of the experiences other customers have related here, I received excellent service from TGD; a top quality product, difficult to find elsewhere, at a bargain price, delivered the next day. Can’t say fairer than that.

"Would exercise caution"
Would excersise caution when ordering from here. Been waiting on a refund for a return of the value of £145 for ages. They have said I’m eligible but keep getting the same response that they’re looking into it. This is an ongoing issue that has been going on for months now.

Bought 4 times from this company. Only once did I have a mildly negative experience when the website showed something as in stock when it wasn’t. When the order was delayed I called them and they advised me of the problem. They asked if I’d be prepared to wait and when I said no they refunded me immediately. I have no complaints about this company as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Fantastic Customer Service, Id ordered after having a couple of sherbets and misspelled my address, after one phone call they changed my address correctly, and it was at my door the next day.
