Isaac was extremely helpful! He broke down the information into easy to understand pieces and made sure everything completely made sense before moving on. I am no longer afraid of breaking my printer! These guys deserve their one star as a company. Sales team was helpful and great, but the moment you buy their machine, everything goes to crap. They are a company of empty promises. You need help with something? Too bad. Expect a call in 5 business days, if they call back at all. It's to the point where they have set up their phone system to just hang up on you, instead of being able to leave a message. Emails go unanswered, so expect to call 20 times before someone answers the phone. Don't think they will help you though, they'll answer to schedule you in for a support call in 1-2 weeks. Which they will charge you for. Seems like their tech support turnover is pretty high, and I don't blame them. I'm sure they are on the receiving end of every customer's frustration, which is truly unfortunate because it's not their fault.

The product: we have a dtf machine of theirs. When it is running properly, it's wonderful. We will get about a week or two of near perfection, and then the problems will start. Printhead was just changed, and we are still having issues with colours falling off. Even after thorough line cleaning. Get through about 6" of paper before we lose blue entirely. We've called support to try and get assistance, and they said they would get back to us. That was days ago. They haven't called back. Surprise surprise. Anyone who is in this industry knows that the dtf printer is a fundamental part of being able to generate income. It is the foundation of what we do as a business. So when it's down for weeks on end, or when you have to limp it through every print, and waste copious amounts of ink and paper on prints that are inconsistent colours, and scrutinize every one to make sure it is right, it gets more stressful by the day. You have to delay orders because you are waiting on technical support, and deal with frustrated customers, and there's not a thing you can do about it. As a small business, this printer is our singular largest source of stress.

As a suggestion, I would love to see them make YouTube tutorials on troubleshooting common problems so you can visually see how to do the things that they get the most calls about. It would cut down on support calls, and actually allow technicians to get back to you in a timely manner. But they wouldn't make money on that, so I doubt it will happen. It honestly seems like they deliberately give you as little information as possible so you HAVE to pay for support. They need to change that.

I truly don't even have the words to express how bad their service is. Abysmal. Appalling. They are literally the most frustrating company I've ever dealt with. DON'T STAKE YOUR LIVELIHOOD ON THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
