For many years I was using Omni's Fulfillment services. Recently I as contacted by my account manager who should me an ROI so that I could justify purchasing my own DTF printer. I decided to purchase the Omni 14.5 and I was excited when it showed up a few weeks ago. It was within the promised time line of 6 weeks. It came 5 weeks after I placed the order. I was very satisfied with the sales rep and the account manager. Everything they told me was accurate and factual. The onboarding process was seamless and very efficient. The support tech was very patience and very willing to help me get up and running. I now have a great printer with the best quality transfers. The colors are amazing and my customers are very happy with the T-shirts. Thank you to the entire Omni team for making this journey fun and informative.

I love the weekly creators board room, they have such helpful information and we get to connect to the Omniprint family. I have had my Omniprint 330TX plus for 3 years now and I love it. The machine does both direct to garment and direct to film. I am a graphic artist of 17 years and I love being able to design my graphics and the machine prints vibrant colors to put on any garment. I love my Omniprint family.

OmniPrint International Deceived Me...
I researched every DTG printer that I could find and was able to negotiate a purchase from OmniPrint International in April 2023. Receiving the printer was the only highlight of this whole deal because since April I have not been able to print t-shirts or film transfers. OmniPrint International says I don't know how to use the printer even though I use one of my friends' 330TX with no problem (my friend can't print on my faulty printer either). I am still asked to pay the monthly cost and repairs for a printer that was bad out of the box. Help! Anyone!

"Read before you buy‼️"
I bought a freejet 330TX. If you don’t want to struggle with a company that cares nothing about you and your money please go somewhere else. They are so good to sell but once you need them they won’t be there. I email them every day to help me fix my printer and no reply. I call every single day and the receptionist is nice and all but she’s obviously doing what she’s told, “the tech will call you or email you soon” and that never happens. Fixing this printer is not cheap for them to treat their customers this way. No sort of respect for their customers. Me waiting for them to get back at me I’ve lost so many customers that didn’t want to wait and went with someone else. I have many emails and calls to them I wish I knew all this before giving them my money. I would have gone with a more caring company and brand. Omniprint NOT RECOMMENDED!
