This looks a great product and is a premium brand at £179 plus subscription. but
it just doesn’t work, even for people who understand tech. Also it’s designed to make you buy extras with things like the strap not being suitable for old people (even young people can’t do it up) so you have to buy a different strap so the customer can actually remove the watch to charge it etc.
there is no volume control so hard of hearing won’t even be able to hear anyone. Really really poorly designed and obviously not by someone who actually is old or has arthritis I hard of hearing etc.
The customer service is also really poor with issues ignored or only part answered. We haven’t even used the watch as it won’t work, suresafe took the subscription then cancelled it but didn’t refund the money and we cant do the watch up…to which it was suggested we spend another £30 on a different stap!!
so when it does go wrong no one can help or actually deal with your issue.
For something so expensive that is detailed as being suitable for elderly it’s hugely misleading.
Better and cheaper products on the market avoid.
