Good to know that the customer aerv5ream are actively working on this matter, unfortunately there is still no confirmation of when the work will be undertaken, despite spending half a day last week (Wednesday) setting out what is needed. I'm hoping to hear when and what is proposed in the coming days, has been almost 50 days since the problem was first reported....

Still no confirmation of when the work will be undertaken, no clear deadlines or assurances of when the work will even be started. Customer services engagement is helpful but hasn't appeared move the work closer to conclusion.
Appallingly slow, AVOID IF YOU CAN. Each visit to resolve the problem. So far it's taken 3 weeks to identify the fault with no resolution in sight, no sense of urgency. Every time they organise an engineer to attend then they only do a very small part of the job, clearly taking their time to "count down the clock" increasing the insurance companies costs
Website claims they will do "whatever it takes" absolutely no evidence of this.
If you have the choice to avoid this company then go somewhere else.

"Blocked kitchen drain and panic"

I had a kitchen drain blocked and water flowing out from the drain to the floor, panic set in! I got a call from Auger after contacting my insurance, my problem was immediately noted and I was given a next day appt first thing in the morning even though the SLA was 2 days. We were visited by Matthew Arnold (a great gentleman) arrived 30 mins early and got stuck with the job. He did a thorough investigation and found the rootcause, he sorted the issue in 30mins and couldn't thank enough. A great service from Auger right from the start to the end, I would really recommend your service to anyone who needs a drain engineer. Many thanks to Auger, guy on the phone and Matthew.
