After a week of stress trying to resolve a leak flooding my garden I had this fabulous team treat me so well and listened. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks but the man that came to find and fix the issue kept me calm and was so kind and had lots of patience when I struggled to get my words out. The service was fantastic, leak found and fix and all the garden and flags were put back, washed and repointed, would never have known he had been and carried out such a hard job. Wonderful guy and a wonderful service.

Auger are very professional, they have the perfect solution. I thought that my kitchen/Utility room floor would need digging up, I was dreading it, however Auger had the perfect solution and that was to divert the main water supply into the front of my house rather than the rear. The work was completed within 6 hours. I now have full water pressure and no leaks. Very happy with the professional service received and would recommend Auger without question.

"Terrible service"
Terrible service, left us with raw sewage all over our garden, I paid £150 for an engineer to come, he put the camera down but said the jets to try to unblock the drains only went 60m so couldn’t reach, which is fair enough, but he even suggested he could get extra hoses to reach, I automatically thought that was what he would be doing the day after, after all I had paid for this service. surely they could have got longer hoses the day after, and tried to jet out the blockage. They could have even got us a chemical toilet while we were waiting but there was no suggestion of this.
It was an insurance claim, the company were recommended by Churchill, so I thought they would of at least kept me up to date knowing I had raw sewage all over my garden, I phoned Auger the next morning to ask this question, the girl who answered the call promised me she would ring me back within 2hrs to update me, after all we were frantic with worry, 7hrs later I had a call to say the insurance claim had gone through but she couldn’t give me a date when the guys would start, I could have been waiting weeks, months with sewage everywhere, In desperation I have had to try and solve the blockages myself, I have repaired the one blockage, digging down 4ft in sewage, and I am now in the process of trying to repair the collapsed drain myself, digging down 5ft by the inspection chamber, I now need to try to repair this pipe breaking into the inspection chamber.
Absolutely shocking service from this company, I’ve had no option but to attempt to repair the drains myself, this was/is an health hazard, nobody should be left in this state.

"No comprehensive drain survey…"
No comprehensive drain survey undertaken, instead decided drain at front causing water at back! Suppose we were stupid, but he seems so nice. Now LV are saying sorry, not our problem, not spending anymore money on it. What a way to treat an 80 plus year old. AGE UK, STOP recommending LV!!
