"AUGER were used by myself and NatWest…"

AUGER were used by myself and NatWest insurance for complicated drainage repairs to underground soil pipe.
Jack and John worked incredibly hard in terrible weather the tech team agreed to install an inspection chamber whilst here.
The property is a 1960 build with no chamber installed.
Every member of the AUGER team has been outstanding their work is guaranteed for 10 years with appropriate certificate issued.
My family were placed in emergency Premier Inn accommodation due to no toilet or washing facilities, the customer service team I spoke with on several occasions were always professional, courteous and sympathetic keeping me updated throughout the process with detailed downloads of work to be carried out.

Great communication from the time the insurance people on the case.! Informed us who was attending and when if time was suitable. On the phones.. X2 chaps on site. Polite friendly professional. Respected for property in side and out kept are a clear and tidy. Great work they done for us.! And thank you again for. "Long wait to get things done"

Auger is in the process of repairing my drains under an insurance policy claim related to subsidence. Initial camera review was booked in on 13th September 2024 and took place on 1st October 2024. When they came to do the survey, they wanted access to the back drains as well as the front (though I had been told it would only be the front). I had to start moving furniture around to facilitate that on the morning they arrived. The report took till around 25th October to get to the loss adjusters (my insurance company having had to chase it up twice). The work involved removing my front path and I was expected to go and source my own contractor to do this. When that proved difficult to find a contactor, Auger agreed to re-route the drains to save the tiles and perhaps some cost. That's the one positive aspect of the situation - assuming it’s done properly. I had a date of 18/19 December 2024 to do the work. That date has now changed to 13/14 January 2025. So, due to excessive wait times all this will have taken about 4 months. That is assuming they turn up in January to do the work. This is only the first part of a major subsidence claim and it’s very stressful. Are Insurance customers given longer wait times as they can’t go anywhere else?

"Brilliant service"

We had a leak somewhere under the property. The guy who came to fix it was brilliant. So professional and respectful of the property.
He did a brilliant job, you could not tell he had been as everything was put back exactly as it was

"Professional Ground Works"

Very professional and thorough investigation and ground work by Auger operatives. Both were clearly on top of their task and explained details as they went along, providing a good summary at the end. Most impressed but only time will tell if the cause of the damp has been cured.

Auger have been great throughout the whole process of our work that had to be done. It’s so nice to deal with a company that seems to actually care about its customer. Even rang us to say they could do the job sooner than booked in. The work was carried out by Tom who was so lovely and explanations were given along the way. I would definitely recommend Auger

"Excellent service from start to finish"

Excellent service from start to finish. It started off with the admin team talking me through my claim. They kept me up to date with everything that was happening and were friendly and confident on the phone. The site guys were great too, very friendly and explained everything they were doing. My job wasn't an easy one but they ploughed through none the less. They respected my property and followed my instructions of phoning me when they arrived so I could put my dogs away. Overall excellent service, I can't fault one bit.

The process of insurance claim can be very stressful.
All of the Auger staff I dealt with were polite professional and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use their company again. The work was completed to a very high standard. Overall, a very positive experience of something that can be quite stressful.
