Just like to thank Ross General Manager for getting back to me last week then Jason giving me a ring to say a new washing machine was going to be ordered and delivered Saturday 27th Jan..I was so pleased with them both for this service very polite and friendly..yes true to there word my old washing machine took away and new 1 installed the men who did it was very nice and friendly

After several months of phoning about my washing machine repair some people I spoke to were very rude, even nasty but some were reasonably pleasant, after waiting 6weeks told my 3yr old machine couldn’t be repaired as the part was discontinued! Offered a very inferior machine as a replacement not what I was told by the salesman who rang me to take out the insurance in the first place. Several months later and numerous calls from myself and being promised a manager would call me back (at least 3 times) in 24-48hrs even though 2 of those calls were on a Friday with them knowing they turn the phones off at weekends as nobody works weekends. When I thought I was finally getting somewhere as I was put through to an elusive manager by their complaints department who promised me he would talk to someone and call me back - He Didn’t- and when I rang again I was told he no longer worked there! … HOWEVER … having spoken to the new manager of 2 weeks “Jason Cochrane he has actually listened to what I had endured previously and sourced a replacement machine while I was still on the phone sent me pictures and sanctioned the order and delivery for me immediately so no more phone calls just waiting for Sunday’s delivery. I never thought I’d be so excited to do washing ! My scores relate purely to Jason Cochrane and the help I received from him alone. Let’s hope this man gets the recognition he deserves this company needs more like him who get things sorted instead of excuses. Thank You Again Jason.

Had a lovely call this morning from a lady called Amy, she let me know that my warranty on the washing machine had expired which had me worried for a second until she very quickly put me at ease and let me know it’s all okay as she sorted it out for me. Listed of the benefits that I would be receiving and got it all put into place and left me a happy customer. Highly recommend

Terrible company don’t trust them at all with your bank details as after months of having issues with them and their shoddy work they have managed on two occasions to fraudulently take £240 for what I haven’t a clue one has been refunded and I’m still waiting for the second after having spoken to the manager over 2 weeks ago who said he would sort it that day by the was his name was who is now not available neither is anyone else for that matter as I’ve been told today hiding i think ! Anyway if you have an once of sense you will give them a wide birth don’t trust them at all polite as they come across they are beyond terrible
