"Was called by Surecover scammers"
Was called by Surecover, offering insurance for my washing machine which wasn't due for another 2 months. I wanted to confirm who they were as I didn't catch what the agent said, before agreeing payment. I asked were they from Domestic and General, the agent said yes, customer service.
From that answer I thought ok I will get insurance,but they lied who they were, they didn't send email receipt, or any insurance documents, After cancelling the policy, which I hadn't received, they took over two weeks to pay me, stalling all the way.
Also Surecover had the cheek to say my review didn't relate to a true interaction with there company, I had to prove to Trustpilot that they called me and I paid them .Then they call me a liar see reply from them below, AVOID THEM..they are truly dishonest...

Before him we were having some issues getting good options but he has sorted everything out for us.
