I was suspicious after receiving a call selling appliance cover, I contacted this company and was reassigned by the agent that all details and policy was recorded and subsequently a confirmation email was received

I had to call Surecover Group as my extended warranty did not appear in my in box as they said it would. Christie Lungu was extremely helpful and saw that my email address had been misspelt, she corrected it and waited on the call until I had receieved my policy documents

"Fraudulent Tactics used to obtain financial gain"

I have now Twice experienced sales people calling and pretending that it’s just a follow up call and ensuring your satisfaction with the service. Without any conversation of me agreeing to take any further service covers, They proceed to take funds out of my account with bank details they hold!!!

Fraudulently taken money from my bank account without consent I bought insurance on my washing machine back in April 2023. After that they have kept my bank details and kept adding insurance to a cooker £240 (May 2023) which was refunded and now a Freezer for another £240…all this without my knowledge…luckily after my first experience I alerted my bank and got them blacklisted so it was cancelled when they made an attempt.

I was told my details were deleted and I will not receive any calls, well that is not true.

I want to thank Ross from Surecover, for thoroughly investigating the matter and taking satisfactory action. I am reassured this will not happen again.

I will definitely recommend shurecover to my friends and family as I think everyone should have their stuff covered specially with such an easy-going company. Everything was so simply explained. Jason, you are the man!!
