"Breach of Contract"

Breach of Contract
Currently in dispute with this company for breach of contract. Reported my appliance faulty on the 14th September, engineer attended on the 20th and reported it needed a new circuit board. Today's date 25th October and I am still waiting for washing machine to be fixed. No response from emails since 3rd October, manager supposed to phone me back on the 16th and 18th October - no phonecalls, no response from Complaint sent by email on the 22nd October. Now sent recorded delivery letter after speaking with Trading Standards. Will end up going to small claims court if not resolved, not paying £216 for a service plan when Sure Cover do not provide the contracted service.
UPDATE 26/10/2023
Thankfully Managers Ross and Stuart contacted me yesterday and have been very helpful and apologetic. I have now received a new washing machine. Thank you for your assistance.

"Great service from Christie, shame about her colleagues"

I spoke to Christie earlier today to report a technical fault on our washing machine. She was very helpful and explained the meaning of the error code, then proceeded to talk us through what the problem could be and how to check for a drainage block, which we did. It turns out we do need an engineer to call and this was booked in for us straight away, with Christie making detailed notes for the engineer.

Christie was a pleasure to deal with and very polite. It's just a real shame that her colleagues, who were probably seated around her in the same office, did not have the decency to remain quiet while she was on the call to us and continued to laugh and shout loudly amongst themselves, forcing her to apologise for them. Very unprofessional behaviour.
