"Constant calls to the point of Harassment"
I purchase 2 products from them and now they continue to call me after covering additional appliances. I have been called more than 6 times over a 2 month period, to the point it has been harassment. 2nd time I strongly ask them to stop. I now wish I never took out the policy. They call you up saying the are just checking their records with your information and we are going to sent your new paperwork out to your address- it is like a checky sales ploy, which is misleading. The financial authority should do some investigation with this company. They took £240 from my account without my authorisation in Aug this year while I was aboard on holiday. I am happy to speak to any of the directors direct . massive poor experience.
