Spoke to Alexx twice in 2 days, 29th and 30th August, regarding the renewal of my washing machine insurance. He was incredibly helpful, pleasant and very patient. Thank You Alexx...you deserve a huge box of

There WAS some confusion over the payments taken from my account, which was a little upsetting. This due to telephone banking and card payments, but my thanks to Lucy in the Admin department for getting to the bottom of things today, 31st August, and hopefully sorting it all out🙂
