"deception and misinformation from Surecover group"
I had a bad experience with SureCover group on the 15th August about the deception. After speaking to Lucy and her colleague (customer service manager) in SureCover group, they have quickly rectified the issue and complaint with the refund and a promise to strengthen their staff training. I appreciate their quick response and resolution. But one outstanding thing is that I was promised to receive my updated insurance policy document by post and by email but I still have not received it either by post or by email after 3 weeks. It's frustrating.

"Disgusting service!"
My mother in law signed up for insurance for a washing machine. You then proceeded to take 5 large payments from her bank account without permission.
When she phoned, she was greeted by rudeness and made to feel like she was dumb. Apparently, all of these payments were for things such as ‘a hob’, which she doesn’t even own.
She is old and vulnerable and this company have taken advantage and spoken to her like a piece of crap and refused to refund her.
I will be taking this further.
As per surecovers response below. They offered to refund the £720 that they took without permission, but have only refunded one of the £240 payments that they took, illegally.

The phone call was too quick as if it was going down my throat...i asd lready have one indurance with them...thats enough
I was supposed to get a phone call back before 5.30 pm it didnt happen...when everything goes their way everything is fine...if it doesn't they are not cooperative
I managed today to speak to Lucy from sure cover. I am pleased to say that we came to an agreement and mutual understanding.
As a result i wouldn't discourage anyone to use them. I up my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

There was no waiting in a queue to speak to someone. Christie was very helpful. She took all the information she needed to pass on to an engineer. A date was quickly set for an engineer to visit. Very happy with the service so far

I contacted Surecover as I had a problem with my washing machine. My call was answered quickly. The person dealing with my call was Preston. He was very professional, polite, courteous, efficient and friendly. An appointment was arranged for an engineer visit. I recommend this company as making contact with them and having your issue dealt with in a polite and courteous manner gives you confidence your issue will be dealt with
