I had a phone call about my washing machine insurance renewal, He said it was £66 for 3 years, which I thought was good value until I saw my bank account today. They had taken £198, no one mentioned it was all being taken yesterday which put my bank overdrawn. I would never recommend anyone use them. Now waiting for full refund.
