"Scam"

I have had money taken from my current account without my permission.
I was informed that there was a one off payment of £240 which was taken in June. I contacted Surecover for the contract / support package which they promised to send me through the post. They promised that the package would be sent through the post. Following the telephone conversation, a further payment of £240 has been taken . I am still awaiting the contract details in a package through the post.
I feel that this is a scam.
