I called this morning and talked to Preston who was most helpfull. I was concered as I had a awfull woman told me my policy was cancelled and was most rude, so I,m sure there is another company trying to scam people. So it was very good to talk to Preston and find out all was ok with my policy after all.

Was recently called by Lisa who claimed to be from surecover she was trying to sell me insurance cover for my washing machine. I'm with another insurance company. She was very insistent talking about a £66 pound deal for a year I asked her to phone back at 3pm same day . Two different numbers used first on used in the morning is (01273036486) second number used at 3pm (03316303039) and still insisting they were from surecover insurance but I know this was a scam call because I used the Who called me.co.uk I would like to say before you commit to any call PLEASE look the number up to see if that this is a genuine call and not a scammer and don't give any information out to them. No information was given and they were told to go forth and multiply

"Very helpful customer support people"

had a call this morning from these people and the gist was checking if my address (for paperwork delivery - which is a laugh as I've NEVER received any despite repeated requests), email and phone were still correct.

Next thing I know, I check my bank account and £240 is taken out. For what? I had to call and talk to Lamar in customer support who said it was taken out to cover some TV insurance, which is a laugh as my TV isn't even worth that.

Had a lovely call from Jack Smith this morning, customer service manager at Surecover, and put it all to bed. The money is no longer out of my account and all is now well and good. and the initial paperwork is being posted as I write this. RESULT!
