I was very upset as the insurance i company dealt with previously took 8 weeks to come out and look at my television and said they cant fix it but i got intouch with sure cover group spoke to a lovely man who not only got my appliance fixed in 3 days but he also got me covered so if any problems come up he said he is just a phone call away

Our washing machine broke down, I contacted sure cover and spoke to a gentleman called Jack Smith he sorted the problem straight away and an engineer arrived within 24 hours, the machine wasn't economicall to repair so Jack arranged for a new rnmachine to be delivered ,thanks Jack well pleased😁

I spoke to lovey, kind person her names is Kylie Smith, she was really helpful, and patient in taking me through a few steps I could try to fix the machine. Unfortunately with no luck, but Kylie sorted to have the repairmen out to me the same day and I was back in business.

Had a random phone call from surecover. Was told i could insure my washing machine for 66 pounds. Went through with it just about to pay and they were trying to take 198 pounds payment. Be aware. Scammers
