"1month later I am still very suspicious that this is a scam"

These people are thieves . Taking monthly payments from my account without any authorisations and we are talking 100s of pounds. Never authorised a 3 Yr warranty for fridge freezer and strangely enough £240 taken from account for 3 Yr cover. Only authorised 1 Yr on a washing machine for £66. Next minute £180 taken from my account. Once again, thieves !!!!

This is in update to my previous review. I have now waited nearly a month for a certain Lucy from Refunds department to contact me. You claim to have tried contacting me Ayo resolve this issue but I never seem to get the missed calls, and even if you have, I’m sure you have heard of a such thing called leaving a voice message. Anyway, meanwhile I still await a refund of £240 for a 3 year insurance on my fridge freezer that I never authorised as well as £120 refund for 2 out of 3 years warranty on a washing machine that again I never authorised (we only authorised 1 year). I do hope that someone does actually get in touch but in meantime I have still no alternative but to maintain my suspicions that this is a scam (it’s interesting that when reading your reviews, there have been a number of people who have fell victim in a similar way to us). Also, thankfully my Nanci have been very understanding and are currently investigating the matter. Looking forward to hearing from Lucy…… also Trustpilot, I hope you do take into consideration the victims point of view before threatening to delete negative reviews. Perhaps the business organisations should justify their innocence first !!!!
