Got a phone call from Jason Cochrane from sure group to say that my washing machine was beyond repair and that I was getting a replacement he explained everything in a polite and professional manner could not fault him and sure group as a company as everything was done within two days

Phone call out of the blue about my washing machine running out of cover had all my details regarding washing machine offered me 3 year cover plan for £198 which I excepted this was on 4th October still waiting for my cover plan after many phone calls and give the run around 6th November now phoned today still no joy good job I put it on my credit card let the banks sort it out my advice give this company a wide berth

I would like to say this issue as been resolved thanks to ROSS

Spoke to Kristy today about my washing machine. She was very helpful and polite. Took down all the details of the repair needed then booked me an appointment for next Tuesday . Also added me to the cancellation list. So if an appointment came up sooner they would contact me.

I called the company back as we didn't receive confirmation email/ letter of the insurance we taken out. While on the phone the lady (Christie) emailed the confirmation straight away to me. The lady was friendly and helpful.

Christie was extremely helpful and I got a marvellous deal for my appliance that I have in my buy to let property. Far better than who these were insured with originally.
I decided to go to them as we have some of our appliance covered by them at home and again they undercut the other quotes we got.
