Run don't deal with them read on. Washing machine cover sold to me, the actual sales pitch, charges not clear, paperwork not received, eventually emailed.
Very unsettling the sales pitches, I've chosen not to deal with the company, awaiting refund.
Surecover have flagged my review?hence my now 5 stars should be zero.
Speaks volumes cjeck out other review sites.

Organised voucher for the tumbler dryer which will work out better for me.

What a bunch of liars. Covered boiler and washing machine with two separate policies. Was told by Harvey that if we had a problem to call the number and someone will be sent to assess the problem and if it was not repairable it would be replaced. So the cover that was sold to us appeared a good and fair deal, so we stopped the cover we had for several years with another company and took on Sure Cover. We did not receive any paperwork of the cover we had bought until we chased it up and asked for the paperwork a month later. We have made two payments to Sure Cover and the washing machine decided to stop spinning. So we called the number to arrange for an engineer to visit. We were instead informed by Sidal that we have to send them a video of our machine not working and they would assess from there. So that was done. Today unfortunately our Oil boiler did not come on. So we called Sure Cover to arrange for an Engineer to visit. Sidal informed us over the phone that they do not cover Oil Boilers!. We did discuss this with Harvey at the time and clearly stated we had an Oil Boiler. After several calls back and forth they have cancelled both our policies rather than dealing with the promises made by Harvey over the phone. Refund has now been received.
We took out the Boiler cover due to me having a major post Cancer Operation and wanted the peace of mind that the heating in our home for my recovery was being taken care of. Both the washing machine and Heating working are essential in my circumstances.
